Yorktown Engagement Session | Kamryn & Lawson

At the beginning of this year, I teamed up with House of Nataliah for a special giveaway that included professional hair and makeup with Nataliah and a couples session with me. After hundreds of entries, Kamryn & Lawson were my lucky winners!

Kamryn was so excited when she won. “I never win anything!” were the first words she said to me after I drew her name. She and her fiance, Lawson, are getting married this fall, and they couldn’t have been more grateful for winning this giveaway. I’m so glad they won, too!

The high school sweethearts are from Yorktown, Virginia, and wanted to incorporate the unique history of the area into their session. After looking at a few locations, we decided Historic Yorktown was the perfect place. We met outside Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters located in the Colonial National Historic Park and made our way to the Yorktown Victory Monument. It was such a special day for an amazing couple. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as we did taking them!
